By using TeamIndex you agree to these terms. TeamIndex delivers behavioral and cognitive assessments on behalf of hiring teams.

Honest use

Assessments must be completed by the person they are intended for, without assistance from other people or automated tools. Attempting to game, copy, or redistribute assessment content is prohibited and may invalidate results.

How results are used

Results are provided to the hiring team as one input among many in their process. TeamIndex does not make hiring decisions and results alone are never a verdict on any person.

Intellectual property

All assessment content, including questions, word lists, profile descriptions, and scoring methods, is proprietary to TeamIndex and may not be reproduced.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. TeamIndex is not liable for hiring decisions made by teams that use it.
