TeamIndex provides behavioral and cognitive assessments used by hiring teams to evaluate candidates. This policy describes what we collect and how it is used.

What we collect

When you take an assessment we collect your name, email address, your assessment responses, timing information (such as how long questions take), and basic technical signals used to protect assessment integrity (such as whether the browser window lost focus during a timed test). We do not collect payment information and we do not use advertising trackers.

How it is used

Your responses are scored and shared with the hiring team that sent you the assessment link, as one input among many in their hiring process. Results are never sold and never shared outside that hiring team.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to keep your assessment session connected to you so your progress is not lost. No third-party or advertising cookies are used.

Retention and your rights

Assessment records are retained so hiring teams can review candidate history over time. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact the hiring team that sent you the assessment link, or email the address below, and we will respond promptly.
